Prices
You can rent the flat for a minimum of two nights. We accept payment by bank transfer and cash.
We speak English, a little French and a little Spanish.
Prices are valid for up to 2 adult persons and include 7% VAT. The price for additional persons - older than 12 years - is 28 EUR per night (regular price) resp. 33 EUR (christmas/New Year's Eve). The price for additional persons between 2 and 12 years of age is 12 EUR per night (general children's price).

Prices from night 7 are 80 EUR ("regular price") resp. 95 EUR ("christmas+New Year's Eve"). There is no rebate for additional persons from night 7.
There are different prices for the flat during fair season. We offer packages for companies. Please contact us for further information.
The price for obligatory final cleaning is 42 EUR.
Business tenants will receive a proper invoice showing the VAT position (7%).
Bedlinen, towels, cushions for terrace chairs, electricity, gas, water and wireless internet are included up to 2 weeks' rent. All changes of bath and tea towels as well as of bed linen are included.
