Our apartment

The self catering apartment sleeps up to 4 persons with one double bedroom with a double bed (2m x 1,6m), wardrobe,  valet stand, and bedside lights. Free bedlinen is provided.

The spacious and light-flooded living room is furnished withe a cosy corner sofa, a sofa-bed (pull-out size 2m x 1,6m), 42" plasma TV with DVB-T transmission and  DVD player,  desk and book shelves including numerous books.

The bathroom is fully-tiled with a bath including shower curtains, WC, basin and a cupboard for your personal paraphernalia. Free towels are provided.

The kitchen has integrated appliances, incl. electric cooker and oven, fridge and small freezer unit, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Free towels, sponge, cleansing rinse and dishwasher tabs are provided. There is a dining seating for up to 6 persons.

The south-view terrace with two canvas blinds is ideal for relaxing after a busy day out. Free chairs and cushions are provided.

Free wireless internet access for your laptop is available.

Of course you may use our garage for your car. Please ask for availability dates of the garage before your arrival.

Your welcome pack includes bottled water, coffee and tea bags. After booking you can also order optional extras such as the first filling of the fridge.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. When booking the apartment you agree to compulsory booking of a final cleaning (check "Prices") as well.

How to get to the apartment

Finding us is pretty easy:

Coming from Airport Düsseldorf

• A cab takes you to our flat in approx. 10 minutes.
• The bus 760 stops at "Arrivals" in front of the airport building. Take in teh direction of Düsseldorf-Wittlaer-Bockum. Leave the bus at "Paul-Klee-Weg" after approx. 15 mins. Cross Niederrheinstrasse at the pedestrian lights and walk straight ahead into Annostrasse. Take a right turn into Im Luftfeld. After a 2 minute walk you see three blue rubbish bins. Turn right into the little alley directly behind the bins. No. 29 is the first house on your left in the courtyard.

Coming from Main Train Station Düsseldorf

• Walk to the subways in the train station. Take U-Bahn 79 in the direction Düsseldorf-Kaiserswerth/-Wittlaer/ Duisburg-Meiderich. Leave the subway at "Kittelbachstrasse" after approx. 15 mins. Cross the rails and turn immediately left into Annostrasse. Walk over the little bridge. After approx. 100 m turn left into Im Luftfeld. After a 2 minute walk you see three blue rubbish bins. Turn right into the little alley directly behind the bins. No. 29 is the first house on your left in the courtyard. You have made it!

Arriving by car

• Travelling from the direction Ruhr area (A3, A52) or Frankfurt/Cologne (A3) take the motorway A44 in the direction Düsseldorf-Flughafen (airport)/Mönchengladbach. Leaving the airport tunnel take a direct right turn following signs leading you to Kaiserswerth/Wittlaer/ Duisburg (B8). Follow signs for Kaiserswerth....
• Travelling from the direction Roermond/ Mönchengladbach/ Krefeld (A57, A52) turn right leaving the motorway straight behind the bridge following the signs in the direction of Düsseldorf-Kaiserswerth. Turn left on B8 following the signs for Kaiserswerth...

....Follow the signs for Kaiserswerth, the the map below. Approx. 100 m after entering Im Luftfeld you can park your car in the street. When you see three blue rubbish bins turn right into the little alley. No. 29 is the first house on the left in the courtyard. You have made it!
